Pricing Policy

The prices listed below are based on the FINISHED size requested, regardless of the original copy submitted, and are for copy-ready art. These prices include the preparation of the image for reproduction (cleaning up of any smudges, marks, etc.); reduction or enlargement to size; and manufacture. Stamps from us are pre-trimmed, tested for image quality, and packaged in individual reusable plastic bags containing the stamp and a cover sheet made from the stamp for referral.  Custom stamps are guaranteed to be exclusive to you, and neither your unique design OR any information we receive from you is ever shared with any other company. We will look over your request, evaluate the reproduction quality, and will always provide you with a complete quotation of all costs involved prior to making the stamp(s). Submitting art or requests carries no obligation to purchase, and original art will be returned to you with your order. Custom stamps that have been approved by you are non-returnable except for any manufacturing defect. Pre-payment  is required for custom work, and may be done by check or through Paypal. Because we handle the entire project, our timelines are generally 3 to 5 days (plus mailing time). Stamps are mailed in protective envelopes via first class USPS.

DISCOUNTS / SPECIAL PRICING: Multiple purchases are eligible for discounted prices by arrangement. In some cases, where several designs are presented, the designs can be put together for charge at the total size of all stamps (for example: if 3 or 4  1x2 designs are needed, putting them together to create a finished total size of 4 x 4 with allowance for trimming, the charge would be based on the 4 x 4 finished size, rather than 4  individual 1 x 2).  We also invite inquiries regarding special multiple purchase needs at significant savings, or possible wholesale arrangements.

RESTRICTIONS: A custom stamp becomes the property of the purchaser, and may be used for any purpose except use of designs prepared by us for the reproduction of STAMPS for sale; or sale of our designs to other stamp manufacturers without our approval.  Any items prepared with the stamps for any reason is permitted without restriction.
